So lets face it, if you've been to a Pvp ( Player vs Player ) event recently you have probably sat there while your alt has ran around in circles ignoring your commands, or worse attacked and killed or been killed by your own team.
The 3 mental spells in the game are:
Mental spells for 1 round of pvp will always be extremely strong, but they are very easy to counter after you know the other team are using them.

any questions please post below?
The 3 mental spells in the game are:
- Terror - the hardest to land, and easiest to block - this is what makes you run around unable to fight ( being in horse stops you running around, but you still cant fight )
- Mind Control - Easier to cast, but needs close proximity to target, so easy to dodge - this is what makes you attack your own team
- Mind Shield - this is the defence for mages/seyans from mental spells
Mental spells for 1 round of pvp will always be extremely strong, but they are very easy to counter after you know the other team are using them.
To Counter mental spells:
- Use Mental Protection - goes without saying, if you have all your AK in mental protection, it is impossible to terror you, and depending on your immunity hard to mind control you
- Use Mind shield - mind shield works with charges, its strength is based on your mental protection, have one member of your team go full mental protection and then cast mind shield on his/her team, it will have 30+ charges and take at least 10 casts of terror/mc to break through.
- Use Llendors hat if non pvp - this item has an inscription which you can say which gives you a really strong mind shield ( very useful on non-pvp warriors )
- Run away from a mage who is trying to cast mind control
- Kill the mental alt first
To Make a mental Alt:
- Be prepared to be hated and targetted first
- Don't be just mental be mental / something else as when the opposition go mental defence you become useless.
- Raise Pulse as high as possible, and if possible use a real alt, as you can get higher Ancient knowledge numbers than pvp alts. a lvl 50 pvp mage can have 80 ak, a pvp alt has 50, this will make you extremely strong. but it is more work.
