hints and tips on new spells:
- PVP Alts can learn all new spells for free ( on meeting minimum level )
- lvl 200 PVP alts can learn Meteor Strike & Lightning Strike by saying Set_Spells to Administrator in Test pents
- Targetted Meteor uses a LOT of mana, random firing uses a lot less
- Both Meteor and Lightning strike have a delay after casting before firing - so you can dodge it
